I received flowers for my anniversary that were brown, wilted and dead. I called the number provdided and they said they would send out more buy the end of the week. I NEVER got the replacements and now they don't want to call me back or return the money that was spent on the cramp I received. I do not recommend that ANYONE use this company EVER. Any company that has an answering service as there primary phone, that should raise some flags right there.I'm conserned that this is a scame happening in attemps to gain personal info to use for themselves. I can't understand why this company isn't getting there business license pulled. In some since they are committing a crime buy taking money and not delivering what they promise, weither it is flowers or there guarantee of staisfaction. What was suppost to be a present from my husband to celebrate something speical was tanted by this company.

MINUS 10 STARS..... I ordered from them a suprise for my daughthers 21st birthday who is living across the country. They took my order, took my money, never delivered the order, made my daughter wait for the delivery at home since its a military complex housing for 4 days and never showed up. DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY! IF YOU WANT TO THROW AWAY YOUR MONEY I'LL TAKE IT. Won't return calls, emails: they treat you like crap. When all I wanted was to suprise my daugher. SUPRISE WAS ON US!!!!

I ordered a plant from their website, they never delivered it & they charged my debit card already! I tried several times to contact them & ask that they return my call, phone messgs, email...but they haven't returned my call! I have a complaint on file w/the BBB of MA..You shouldn't give these people your business!
